Networking: Educational Support

After an initial analysis the Call Centre Staff will log and direct Internet connectivity issues to a District networking specialist if the issue involves the wide area network (WAN). All local area network (LAN) issues will be directed to the School based Technician. The Call Center staff will log, track and monitor all calls to completion.
